Experienced consultant with a real passion for Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) and operational excellence.

I have over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of SHE, Process Safety, Project, and Construction Management in Asia Pacific with National Starch, ICI, Henkel, Firmenich and Indofil. This includes 25 years in operations and 15 years in consulting r AJM Consulting Thailand and recently Excellence 1 LLC. This consulting work has included 3 large Greenfield food and chemical plant projects with no recordable injuries on 2 sites in over 3-million-man hours worked.

Fully qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001.2018. Master’s degree in project management and studying SME Project governance.

I am a very hands-on site person wanting to ensure that personnel go home safely at the end of their workday or shift.
