His career has spanned various sectors, including defence, multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies, primarily focusing on the Asia Pacific region.

In his current role at Rockwell Automation, Benjamin is crucial in facilitating the convergence of IT and OT (Operational Technology) for automation customers. His primary mission is to address cybersecurity
challenges while bridging the IT/OT convergence gaps during their digital transformation journey. He brings forth a wealth of knowledge and best practices to guide organisations in pursuing secure digitalisation.

He led a team comprising security engineers, developers, and R&D PhDs and spearheaded the establishment of the Singtel Cyber Security Institute.
