Andrew H. C. Kao

Mr. Andrew H. C. Kao is the General Manager of Energy and Environment Department, Industrial Services, Greater China, TUV Rheinland Group. In his 33 years career, he was mainly engaged in design, construction, operation, maintenance and inspection for refineries, petrochemical plants, fossil/nuclear/hydro power plants, waste-to-energy plants, renewable energy and industrial machinery, in particular by German, EU and American safety standards and technologies.
