Mr. Chen Zhenkang is the department head for industrial services at TUV Rheinland Singapore responsible for P&L, business development and team management, focusing on safety and quality assurance for process industry for the Asia Pacific region:
1. Safety Case services in line with Singapore’s WSH (MHI) Regulation (HAZOP/QRA/LOPA/Safety Case/Audit);
2. Functional Safety (IEC61511/IEC61508);
3. Explosion Protection (Atex/IECEx);
4. Industrial CyberSecurity (IEC 62443);

Mr. Chen Zhenkang is also a Functional Safety Expert from TUV Rheinland, the globally-recognized certification body for Functional Safety Products, Functional Safety Applications and Functional Safety Management.  He specializes in Safety Instrumented Systems, Safety Lifecycle Management, Functional Safety Management and Functional Safety Assessment according to IEC61511 and IEC61508, with  more than 15 years’ experiences in local and global projects.

He has founded 3 international platforms for the industries:
1. Founder of Safety Case Symposium, the only international platform dedicated to the sharing safety case technologies, methodologies and regulations.

2. Founder of SIScon Online, the only international platform dedicated to the sharing of Technolgies, Principles, Practices and Standards of Safety Instrumented Systems.

3. Founder of Plant AIM Summit, the only international platform dedicated to the sharing of Process Plant Asset Integrity Management technologies, regulations and experiences.
