Biography
Eelaine has over 13 years of experience in the field of technical safety and risk, with a primary focus on onshore/offshore O&G and petrochemical facilities. She has performed a range of technical safety studies including Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA), Fire and Explosion Risk Analysis (FERA), Building Risk Assessment (BRA), Fire and Explosion Analysis (FEA), Toxic and Flammable Gas Dispersion Studies, Escape, Evacuation & Rescue Analysis (EERA), Emergency System Survivability Analysis (ESSA), Hazard Operability (HAZOP) Study and Hazard Identification (HAZID) Study. In addition to that, she is experienced in developing Safety Cases and chairing Bow-Tie workshops.
Eelaine is well-versed in utilising consequence and risk modelling software tools such as DNV Phast, DNV Phast Risk, Shell FRED and Shell Shepherd.
Her daily responsibilities extend to client-facing roles where she leads and participates in stakeholder meetings, and providing tailored technical solutions in accordance with design requirements and all relevant HSE standards.
Her countries of experience include Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Canada, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, South Korea and Thailand.
